This offer is available to customers who've bought Churchill Term Life Insurance, directly via the Churchill website or over the phone on or after 22nd July 2019. If you don't have a valid email address you can ask us to send out your e-gift card via the post.

The value of the e-Gift will depend on the monthly premium of the policy purchased.

The e-Gifts available to choose from are:

(a) Amazon.co.uk gift Card*
(b) M&S e-Gift Card*
(c) Tesco e-Gift Card*

*subject to their own terms and conditions detailed below.

This offer is limited to one e-Gift card per household. If you have previously received an e-gift card for a policy, and then cancelled, you do not qualify for subsequent e-gift cards.

A letter or email will be sent to you with details of 'what happens next'. Please allow 30 days from your policy start date to receive this.

You'll qualify for your e-Gift card six months after your policy start date, provided you haven't cancelled your policy and your payments are fully up to date and a claim has not been made.

A 'Choice' letter or email will be sent to you with details of how to redeem your e-Gift card after you've had the policy for six months, please allow 30 days from this point for it to arrive.

You'll have six months from the date we send you the 'Choice' message to claim your e-Gift card. After this you won't qualify.

In the unlikely event that a gift becomes unavailable, we'll send out a similar alternative that has the same value.

No cash alternative will be offered. Cashback customers are not included in this offer.

Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for M&S Bank services, products or outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, personalised cards or M&S energy or to buy another Gift Card or e-Gift Card. Can be used in all M&S stores in the UK and Channel Islands, including outlet, railway, motorway and airport stores but not in BP Connect stores. Are valid for 24 months from the last transaction (transactions include balance enquiries). Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. Cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example in the event they are not satisfactory quality. Should be treated as cash, M&S will not accept liability if lost, stolen or damaged.

Tesco

Treat this digital gift card like cash, lost or stolen digital gift cards cannot be replaced.
Redeem at any UK Tesco store. Excludes purchases from Tesco Petrol Stations. You can check your balance at any Tesco store or by calling 03450 757 757. Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. The digital gift card and balance will expire five years from purchase or last digital gift card use. Damaged, altered or cancelled digital gift cards will not be accepted.
